Individual 1:1 Coaching ($100/month)

Are you looking to hit a new time or distance PR, but need a more direction or accountability? Are you ready to tackle a brand new challenge in your running and want some accountability? Private coaching is the way to go.

Individual coaching includes:

  • 30 minute initial consultation

  • Custom built training plan for your specific goals and needs, provided monthly

  • 60 minutes of 1:1 time with your coach each month (in person or virtually)

    • foster accountability

    • monitor progress toward training block goals

    • make adjustments to the plan as your training progresses

  • Text check-ins weekly

1:1 Coaching + MambaXT ($160/month)

Individual coaching + XT includes:

  • Everything in the Individual 1:1 Coaching plan PLUS…

  • 12 custom cross-training strength workouts per month

  • 24/7 access to Personal Trainer at MambaXT via text

Personal Base Plan ($300)

Maybe you already have a pretty strong training schedule, but just want some fresh, personalized workouts for your next adventure. A single-pass plan includes a full training plan custom built for you - and then it’s up to you to execute it!

This option includes:

  • 60 minute initial consultation

  • Full training plan, personalized to your specific goals and needs (up to 26 weeks)

1:1 Consult ($21/30 minutes or $42/60 minutes)

If you are looking for specific advice on a topic or want a little motivation for a big race, then a 1:1 session may be the ticket. Consults can be a one-and-done or used in conjunction with any of the other coaching options.
